Burnin Vernon has performed with bands such as Archie Bell and the Drells, Etta James, Anita Baker, Mary Wells, Edwin Starr, Fever, En Vogue, War, Buddy Miles, Paul Anka, Peter Tosh, George Clinton, Patty LaBelle, Mother’s Finest, and many more. As a lead vocalist, Burnin Vernon has been a part of Bay Area bands such as the Cool Jerks, Groove Therapy, and his very own Super Squeeze. His latest project showcases the music of Robert Cray. He has the vocal chops and is known for his ability to cater to an audience with his melding of funk, soul, R&B, jazz, and blues.
